This year, the fellowship is awarded in cooperation with the Staatliches Museum Schwerin. It supports a research project that engages with G\u00fcnther Uecker\u2019s work from the perspective of art education and mediation, while entering into dialogue with the development of the Uecker exhibition planned at the Schwerin museum for 2026\/2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the large number of applications received, the jury selected the project that will be funded by our institute in 2026. The jury members were: Dr. Bj\u00f6rn Egging (Director, Staatliches Museum Schwerin), Jacob Uecker (Uecker Archive, D\u00fcsseldorf), and Prof. Dr. Johanna Tewes (Professor of Art Education, State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to presenting the selected project here shortly and would like to sincerely thank the jury for their commitment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 27 February, the jury convened to select the recipient of the 7th G\u00fcnther Uecker Research Fellowship.
